Service Disconnects

Any customer desiring to disconnect the service for any reason must give notice of discontinuance in writing at the District office or the customer will remain liable for all water used and service rendered by the District until said notice is received by the District.  The District will have two working days after receiving said notice to terminate or discontinue the water service.  Water service may be discontinued by the District for non-payment of bills, in compliance with sections 11 and 12 of 807 KAR 5:006.
